Liander manages the cables up to and including your meter; everything downstream is your private installation. You do not need to apply for a permit for a home battery, but you must register it via energieleveren.nl, just as you would with solar panels. If you require higher capacity, for example for an EV charging station or a heat pump, an upgraded grid connection may be necessary. You can request this from Liander. We can advise you on whether this is required.
